Which class is right for you?

Aerobics/Body Pump

The original workout designed to burn calories and tone the body. The first thirty minutes of the session are dedicated to improving your stamina and to burn as many calories as we can, we achieve this by combining high and low impact aerobics. Beginner, intermediate and advanced levels are given during the whole workout. We combine this with thirty minutes of toning exercises using light weights and a super abdominal workout.

Bums & Tums

Its these areas of our body that I get asked to improve the most, so this workout has been devised to really help. During the workout we mix low impact aerobics for fat burning, combined with resistance training for great muscle tone. I know all the very best exercises to tone your bum and flatten your stomach, they offer a challenge but get great results. I again use light weights and different training techniques including pilates and yoga.

There are no age limits to any of the classes both young and old are all encouraged to attend.

New Mums

It is always difficult to loose the weight you put on during pregnancy, I myself have had two children so I understand the commitment it takes to get rid of that baby bulge.

All the classes offer fantastic calorie burning as well as a comprehensive abdominal workout. This well guarantee fast results turning you into a ‘yummie mummy with a slimmer tummy’.
