A fitter, healthier you!

I will give you help and advice on diet and fitness during the class, however I am always available at the end of the session should you need a little extra help.

I believe very strongly in leading a healthy life and I will always encourage you to think about your diet and ways of improving it, so if you are trying to lose a little weight I will give you lots of support and tips to help you achieve your goals. Reminding you about your portion sizes, reduction of carbohydrates and fat in your diet and consuming less processed foods, encouraging you to eat more of the healthy foods.

I hope that my classes will encourage you to have a healthier lifestyle which includes eating plenty of fresh fruit and vegetable and drinking more water. This will provide the body with lots of vitamins and minerals to keep it healthy.

I will give you lots of support and tips to help you achieve your goals.

Your body is 70% water - Aim to drink 6 to 8 glasses a day. You will notice a difference in your skin and you will feel energised.
